I supose he's trying to say he want real manager faces, the managers have different template that normal players, it's just a whole model that comes with the suit, head and hair, this is the texture of a manager
you cannot import it to blender because it has more than 2 separate model(normal face comes with the eyes and head) this comes with like 9 parts, so it's impossible to make, besides I've been waiting scoucer try to make assignable managers to teams, but he hasn't done it
