You know the one that gets the fans to buy tickets. I heard if you put him on the bench they don't buy as much.:boohoo: Who is it?

if u go on CM07 and look at the players on the team, in the attributes section of each player one of the check boxes are "fan favorite", if the player u want to be fan favorite is checked and no one else on the team is then he should be the one that is favorite... i dont know what happens when there is more than one checked...

Since you've subsequently said you are playing on the Xbox I can't help you beyond saying that you get a message from the board whenever you start manager mode, or switch to a team, if you have a fan favourite (it might say that that player sells more merchandise, or that the fans love them, or whatever). You will also get messages if you don't play the fan favourite for several games on the trot and you will notice your fan support start to drop if you ignore those messages.

For those playing on the PC my EAFFAnalyser utility shows you your fan favourite, and the number of games since they last played, in the team summary section on the team details page
