Manager Master etc. problem

Hi!
New here so I dont know if there are an answear out there. I've searched but havn't found anything that can help me. So I hope You can!

I can't load my manager mode properly in Manager Master 10 . I have two created players in my squad and when I load the saved file an error occurs;
"Error: 5017
A team-player link makes a reference to a player that does not exist Reference: 200001"

It says that my created player doesn't exist.. But they do. So I can't find them anywhere.

My other problem is that I can't edit most things. I can choose between the categorys (Stadium, manger, leauge etc.) on the top bar. But in there I can't do anything.

It says it is a Beta-verision, so perhaps it something wrong there?

im thinking that the the app reads the db & not the my squads folder.
so if its not in the db, you will get that error.

create players in cm10, not in fifa 10.

But any created players referenced in a career will have entries in the players table in the manager mode data file, so I suspect it is simply a bug.

Rinaldo, if you read this, the players table in the career file will be empty if there are no edited or created players but if the user edits or creates players in game then they get added to the players table when the manager mode is started.

Yes, as you say I too suspect a bug. Atleast I hope it is one so my manager isn't messed up...
As I said nothing really works. I can't change anything in MM10. I would love to change my away kitl. Red is dreadful...

I'll wait and hopefully Rinaldo see this thread, or someone else comes up with a solution.

Okay, I have tried to find a solution on my own and founds some things. Not a solution but perhaps something that can be helpful for you.

Before my current manager-career. I had also created a player for an other team. That one is now lost in the "create a player" option in FIFA 10 menu and "Team managment"! I can't find him aswell i CM10. But He is still on my squad in an other manager-career for Newcastle.

Both of my other players still shows up in "create a player" option.

When I use Internal Master 10 I can find my lost players in "players" and "dna" with the IDnr 200001/200002. But no one else. So according to IM 10 I have only two players.

In DB master 10 I can find the rest of my team as normal but No sigth of my two created players. But they are still in "Team Managment" and "Create-a-player".

Wierd, Yes! Or is it?

This was a change that was made in FIFA 09 (I believe, I didn't buy that version so I only have hearsay evidence to go on) and holds good in FIFA 10. In FIFA 08 and before the players table contained all players whereas it now only holds those that have changed in some way (if you edit a player and then start a career then I would expect that you'd find the edited player in the players table in the manager mode data file along with any players created in game). The change makes perfect sense, since there seems little point in replicating the whole player database (there used to be a playerwrite table but that disappeared with FIFA 07) but obviously Internal Master hasn't been updated to cope with it (if memory serves, Rinaldo created IM for FIFA 08 originally and I've no idea how much effort was expended on updating it for FIFA 09 through 10)

So, I would say, no it isn't weird. Creation Master and DB Master only reference the data in FIFA.DB whereas Internal Master only reads the saved game file and Manager Master has to combine the information from the two sources in a meaningful way.

Yes, unfortunately, but we are still hoping for a complete release of Manager Master 10.

I don't know why the mm10 lost rinaldo's support..:S

Best utility if u've already started a career and u don't want to start a new one.
