Could be a lot of reasons for crashing on manager mode, check this ones:
-the arabian league that you're playing, it's fully created from zero or had u taked some elements previously presents on the database?
I mean, some newbies when creating leagues uses teams and players presents on the game and just rename it, causing the crashes.
-young players: other reason for game crashes it's when you transfer some "young player" to a team, x example, using CM10.
Young players can be signed ingame, but not referred to a team modifying the database previously.
-calendar: check the calendar dates
-country: when u create a league, u had to assign it a country, i'd found a bug when i'd created the uruguayan league, so when i put uruguay as a country, the game crashes when i go to see the standings and tables.
So, in country, works fine if u put "rest of the world" as country.
-League and his tournament must be linked, in CM10, the league id on the league tab and tournament tab must be the same, the same thing for the tournament.
-Competitions link: did the arabian league linked to other competition? I mean, linked to an international cup for example? If so, must check the links for wrong refferences.
-Stadium: sometimes, when importing a .cmp league, teams are referred to an specific stadium not present in the original game, so if u didn't imported that stadium/s the game will eventually crash when you play with or against that team/s.
The solution then, it's editing the database with cm10 and referring the imported teams to stadiums presents in the game.
