Manager Mode weird executable error

Hey guys, I am playing brilliantly with Real Madrid in my Manager Mode, I just played my last game for season 2010-2011, after that when i signed a new contract with Real Madrid and after choosing the sponsor and everything.. something weird came up for the first time since I'm playing this game and for the first time in any of the seasons. Some kind of error comes up i don't no why, a screen shot is bellow in the attachment. When scheduling at 49% it blocks a bit but then it goes, after that every time at 80% at scouting this error comes up. I then left Real Madrid and went to another club to see if the problem is there as well but there everything worked absolutely fine, it didn't block anywhere and none of this error came up.

Please help me i want to carry on with Real Madrid, i don't no why this pathetic error came up, I'm feeling so sad :(. By the way just one change which i did was change the starting date of the season through Creation Master in 2009-2010, but when i started 2010-2011 it worked fine.. so this error isn't because of changing the date i think.. Anyways can anyone also tell me the default date of the starting of La Liga please so i can try if that is the reason now.

EDIT : For some reason the picture doesn't wanna upload so I'll say what the error reads. As follows :

The instruction at "0(multiplication sign)004993f3" referenced memory at "0(multiplication sign)05c91000". The memory could not me "written".

No, I don't have more than 30 players, I have 26 on my squad. I don't know why but this is the first season such thing has happened.. at Scouting every time at 80% it just gives me this FIFA07:Application error.

Can someone please tell me the default date of when the La Liga starts from you Creation Master or help me out why it blocks and gives this error at Scouting..
