Manager mode !!!

I have started new manager mode season with F.C. Internazionale.
I was very active in transfer period and for now my team looks like that:

First 9 maches. 9 wins 22 goals made, Julio cesar 9 clean sheets.

So defence is good, i play on world class difficulty. But sometimes attack is not work good. what you could suggest me to buy in winter transfers. i Have 25 mil and 45,00 for salary.

Etoo 7 goals, Dzeko 5 goals, Sneijder 3 goals, Pandev 1 , Hazard 1, Biabiany 2, Lucio 1, Samuel 1, Lennon 1.

Hi everyone!
My manager mode:
I'm playing as Vicenza (mid Serie B team) and I just got promoted after a pretty good season. Now I'm in Serie A against Juventus, Milan, Inter, etc., oh gosh.

I made a few decent purchases with my pretty good reputation (3.5 stars) including M. Fenin, a 25 year old striker with an overall of 74. Some of my players grew to the point where now most of them are in the mid 60s - very low 70s, and my Virtual Pro is a CB with an overall of 90 (!).

The thing is, my objective is to stay in the middle of the Serie A table. Well after some miraculous victories (Vicenza 4-1 Juventus, Vicenza 1-0 Inter) a tie where I should have lost (Vicenza 2-2 Milan), and one loss (Vicenza 0-1 Udinese) I'm #1 in Serie A (which surprised even me, as I'm playing Professional; 8-1-1 this far). Since I won Serie B, I was in the Supercoppa (Vicenza 2-1 Inter), I'm in the Euro League (3-1-0 this far), and the Copa Nazionale.

Despite this good progress I'm nervous I'll collapse due to fatigue of my players through so many matches (sometimes three a week!) and I'll have to use my worst players in some matches which will inevitably lead to my defeat and demotion. What to do :/

Also, since I'm #1 and I was supposed to stay in the middle of the table, will I be fired?!

What the goal of the club in the new season ? I dont think you gonna be fired if you can reach more points and even play in Europe they will keep you. Nice job

This is non-sense, You guys just buy players because you know they are stars and you can buy them. Try it my way- Choose a team from npower league 2, and aim to take it to BPL and make it 5 star team! This is the real challenge any manager can face! try it! It's so difficult yet so awesome that you'll get ADDICTED to your club! one tip if you are going to try this, 1. Use your hard earned money to improve head scout and then the fitness coach. 2. Instead of trying to sign players, send your scouts on search, you'll find way better players that way (With low wages and no bonuses). These players will grow till Npower championship level, then, when you reach BPL, you can sell them and buy real star players. Also, on your road from npower league 2 to Barclays Premier League, You would have got a 5star manager reputation.
