Manchester teams, the game crashes!

I'm playing a career, after 8 years with my Bayern now I'm with Arsenal; I got one trouble: during the career I must face the red devils in a CL final, so the game crashed; the strange thing is that if I played that match on frinedly matches I could play, in career mode not, now in the EPL if I got to play with Man utd the games crashes while I've tried to play red devils in friendly matches and it's all ok with every kit in every stadium and every opponent team, is it strange? Yes.
So, the citizens: I can't play with em absolutely, in friendly matches too, with every kit, stadium and opponent the game crashes.
I controlled anything in creation master cause I imported many faces, but I got no errors with CM, faces are all ok, kits too, adboards too, gui too, ball ok, no errore messages but I cannot play if citizens must be on the field, in any way to play.
To what can be due these kind of crashes?

p.s. the fact is that I consider the teams of Manchester great so it's very sad cannot play with them......

I try:
1-in manager mode I can play against all the other teams except Manchester UTD, I controlled anything in the cration master and it's all ok.
2-in every mode, friendly or manager, when I launch a match with Manchester city the game crashes, I controlled anything with creation master and it appears all ok, roster, id team, faces, ball, adboards, stripes.....

but i checked anything in the cm10 and i find no errors.......maybe the team id could be a trouble?

So I understood anything; the trouble with Man city is a really good facepack I donwloaded and installed with 20 players, using only one of these faces and the game crashes, I tried to play Man city with a starting line without players with personalized faces and it's all ok, it's a great shame cause the faces are wonderfull, don't remember who made the pack, maybe Tenecee but not 4 sure, I'm very sad for that......
