Well..so far so good but we need to use the ball better in the attacking third. Nani is goin thru a dip in form. We need him on fire asap.

Btw gibbo had a great half. All those haters take notice!

Haha yeah a goal and an assist. Looks like he took notice of his abuse. I noticed he also lost his belly that he had since the start of the season, so at least he is doing things to improve.

To me Nani is doing quite well actually. Everybody always puts 2 guys on him, so its harder for him to make a good cross. And since Valencia has been back, Nani has played mostly on the left, which means he isn't going to be taking any shots really, hence no goals for him in a while.

I've been watching only the second half and I think Nani is linking very well with Berbatov. I knew it we could do the job with a semi-reserve team. We're 4-1 up why is Nani and Valencia still playing? They need rest.

Good game Gibson. He's always been crap but he rarely makes blunders when he plays. Thats why I think he can be useful sometimes for e.g. today, when we only need him to rest the other players.

Anderson just doubled his scoring tally for United for the past 4 years in less than 10 minutes (H)

EDIT: Wembley!! Always a great feeling going to Wembley. Has been a while we haven't played a final there (League cup doesn't count)

Wemb-er-ley wemb-er-ley! we're the famous Man United and we're going to wembley!

Great game and great win, that too without Chicharito, Rooney, Giggs, Carrick, Vidic, Ferdinand. Gibson, Berbatov, Smalling and even Owen showed that they can be relied upon when needed. Good job.

Good win, glad to see Ando get 2 goals. I was hoping Berbatov could get 1 too. Surprised to see Nani and Valencia get the full game. Surely one of them will start against Chelsea. They definitely won't be as fresh.

The thing is...we have a terrible record at wembley. We got knocked out by city earlier this season too dont forget.

True but we are more familiar to Wembley than Barca are though. Not sure if this will be of any help or not.

Our chance of winning isn't that great imo unless we get incredibly lucky get into penalty shootout. A win is certainly not impossible though. Can we beat then like in 2008? Not impossible. We have more than 3 weeks to prepare for that. Can't wait!

LOL even you don't believe that. Especially after a performance like the past 2 legs have been for you guys

We are talking about a Manchester United vs. Barcelona final, it doesn't get much better than that, there are no favorites

Great performance from the boys. Gibson showed some great passes and took his goal well with a little bit of help from Neuer. All in all a controlled performance....hopefully we can leave Chelsea behind us this weekend....

I agree that these two are the best teams in the world right now, but even then Barcelona are still the clear favourites by far. Despite our results, United has a lot of wholes and our performances really have been because of some outstanding individual plays. Barcelona on the other hand is a complete team right now, if nobody gets injuried for them then this can easily be as easy of a breeze as 2009 was.
