who is going to start when everybody is fit?

I would want to see Ruud and Smith but i think it will be Ruud and Rooney, i doubt that Fergie would bench someone that expensive.

Cant see any chances for Saha...

Sir Alex said before signing Rooney that he needed one more player to emulate the great team of 1994.... Im not Comparing but i think he has a point.....Lets see :

Howard=Schmeichel
G.Neville=Parker
Ferdinand, O'shea = Bruce, Pallister
Silvestre,Heinze = Irwin
C.Ronaldo= Kanchelskis
Keane =Ince
Giggs,Lee Sharpe=Giggs (what a talent :) )
Smith=Hughes
mcclair = Van Nistlerooy,Saha

then you had Brian Robson a playmaker = Rooney or Scholes

i still didn't mention P.Neville,Kleberson,Djemba,W.Brown,Spector and Fletcher....

so i think that once fit...Man Utd are in good shape depth wise...Sir Alex had secure the future of the club with this group of talented generation..... last year was a transition year as long as Forlan doesn't come back and Bellion stays out of the team....

The Neville brothers are legends! Phil is Vieira's nightmare and there is no better english right back than Gary Neville right now in the world.

Reserve Team
Giggs now is no where as good as Giggs 1994....

O'shea is not up there yet..

and recently, Silvestre's been awful....ever since Euro2004, he's had major issues with his game....

G.Neville mite be the best english right back, but that doesn't mean he is all that good... just an indication of the lack of talent in the right back department...

oh... and Howard < Schmeichel
not saying Howard's no good, its just noone is as good as Schmeichel...

Still a lonnnngggg way to go...

and Scholes, giggs, Keane and Neville will only be here for at most a couple more seasons? Let's hope the younger players catch up to the standard required quick enough...

I don't think bellion will stay out of the team. He's been playing quite often lately. Probably when the other players come backf rom their injury and suspension he will be going back to the reserve team or at the most the bench.

Youth Team
Real Madrid: Ronaldo, Owen, Morientes, Raul
Manchester United: Ruud, Rooney, Saha, Smith

at least, Real loaned out Portillo, we still have Bellion sticking around.

This is just plain overkill. Our defense will (hopefully) be fine once Rio comes back, but our midfield definetly needs some work.

I think you guys should get a good RB, LB and CB...Also, a talented dribbler AM to compete with Scholes...

I can only think of this guys for the CB, RB, LB and AM position that would possibly join ur club(considering the price and the actual club)..Coloccini or Mexes, Miguel, Dedé, and Riquelme or Rosicky...
