Bad things happen to people, but the fact they happen to cunts is a bonus. Karma 2-0 Glazer.

make sure that sob clear the debt before he dies (H)

Glazer bought United on behalf of his three sons - As far as we know they are the ones who run the club. Malcolm has had basically zero involvement. It's Joel, Avi and Brian. Also the debt is in the name of United's holding company "Red Football" so when Glazer does die the club will continue.

According to David Gill and leading financial analysts, United is pretty much "business as usual" the expansion to OT has been done and we got money for players - especially for the midfield.

There's still a big debt that is the size of Rafa Benitez's egghead or Jose Mourinho's ego.

Yeah I know, I'm just saying that the people who are making out United are screwed when Malclom dies are wrong. United is owned by Red Football (aka the entire family of Glazers) not just by one individual. In any case, the first year didn't change things too badly did it?
Of course I'd rather United were owned by someone who loves football and the club's history and tradition, but I'm being a realist - the Glazers need United to be successful to make more money. No-one is gonna want to associate themselves with an unsuccesful team are they. Look at the new sponsorship deal United has just got - bigger than Vodafone! That's got to be a good thing.

I will be happier once we start splashing the big bucks for players we need though :)

back from the 1st matchday of the tournament. Sad to tell you that United was 3rd in the group with 1W1D1L. So we are not qualifying to the Cup tournament tomorrow but we will go for the Plate instead.

It's really great today that I joined the fans from the U-Soccer forum. One of the fans studied in University of Manchester and so he knew many many chants. We kept chanting very very loudly and when United came out, Rene clapped the hands to us. We sang "There's only one Keano" when Celtic-PSV. We sing "U-N-I-T-E-D", "Build a bonfire", "Ooh Aah Cantona", "United will never die"... Btw, Villa's captain Abonlahor plays really well.

I got Thomas Heaton's autograph today and we sang songs like "Thomas Heaton is a Red, is a Red..." He played well and Lee Martin played very well too. Lee always dribbles into the box and he can always get fouled in the box like what we see in the reserves games.

Today's result :
United 0-0 Sun Hei (HK)
United 4-0 HKFC2
United 0-1 Kaiser Chiefs (South African league champion)

Well it wouldn't surprise me at all if Ruud is leaving ManUtd and we all know who we can thank for that don't we? That "above the law" prick SAF, his 'reign of terror' before made sure that Stam, Becks and Keano left OT as well and next on his list is Ruud. I'm sorry to say it but I think there might be some truth in this and if Roger Linse (Ruud's manager) did have talks with Chelsea...??

Not sure about Ruud himself wanting to join Chelsea though cause he wants to play and if Chelsea succeeds in bringing in Sheva then I'm afraid he can hot up a seat on the bench again and I'm sure Ruud don't want that.

I think Ruud is going to Lyon to play at Olympique.
He doesn't want to make a comment on anything till the WC is over so I guess we all have to wait unlessssss some club is going to make him an offer he can't refuse.
He wants to concentrate for 100% on the WC now with no distractions anyway.
But that he will be leaving ManUtd is a certainty as long as that git SAF is still the manager. I mean..not even inviting him when Keano played his farewell game when Ruud and Keano are good friends is unbelievable! :nape:
