F*cking woeful first half. Carrick, Hargreaves, Giggs and Nani have been poor. This is a midfield with 3 players who didn't play during the week and one making cameo appearances. Put Anderson in there. There will be a Brazilian bloodbath.

The qualifiers broke our rythmn, but credits to Bolton, they worked their ass off and deserve the win. Tevez should have scored. IMO Rio, Tevez and Anderson were the only ones playing decent, Anderson changed the game when he came in, but all in all we had a bad day, created the needed chances far to late and added to that SAF was sent to the stands. Where was Ronaldo, rested or injured?

A pity that Arsenal and City managed to win in the last few minutes. Well the season is still long, over 20 games to go, anything can happen, especially around Xmas were Arsenal and Chelsea will lose a couple of players during the ACN

In Spain, they don't play long balls. A bit of inexperience for the young lad. You wouldn't expect a mistake like that from him if he was to be 26.

I have a feeling that United may get beat tonight. We always seem to screw up in games like this - The attitude seems to be "we only need a draw to win the group" And usually that's when we come unstuck.

Don't worry, Sporting is playing like crap nowadays, and the keeper will be a 19-year-old, that will make only his 3rd appearance.
