Roman superstar/prince Francesco Totti has been ruled out of the UEFA Champions League Quarter-final home game(in Rome, incase you're wondering), against Manchester United, on Tuesday with a thigh injury.

Well, you're in the semi-final!

I guess something had to be done, by the UEFA powers that be, to even things out for this game, eh? You lost Fletcher, they lost Totti.

Not really, Evra, Ferdinand, Carrick, Giggs and Van Der Sar are all doubts for Tuesday as well. And like you said, Fletcher not available.

Totti is a major doubt, but that doesn't rule him out just yet.........but Roma are still a quality side without him, they've got Aquilani and Perrotta who are decent replacements for Totti......

Totti was the only Roma player who kept on running for the ball last season despite being 7-1 down, that's leadership and spirit. Without spirit, anything can be easily broken. I hope his injury is legit, not just some psy war pre-match trick from Roma....

Apart from the defence, it's a pretty difficult job trying to predict SAF's starting line-up. He's surprised us quite a few times this year and they've always paid off.
