he performed well befre the x'mas period, thats the plus side, but he hasnt yet grown into a wc defender

No !!!!! Wes Brown cant do the job still to shakey to be in the heart of our defence, we need to look outside the team and sad to say instead of concentrating on a striker to partner van we need to get a quality defender

well the fact is a ban is expected since day 1 the incident revealed to the public. the issue now is the length of the ban is it justify ??? there are definitely lot of doubts in having that lengthly ban. first of all i read headline is that he "gets 8-months ban for MISSING a drug test". well a drug test means testing for illegal drugs and if the result is negative, obviously you are innocent but can the term MISSING also carried the same meaning as gulity of taking drugs ??? i really find it unbelievable in linking the 2 things together.

for me a 3-mth ban was what i expected. one thing for sure is the hash punishment is all 'cos that blatter joker coming in.

yes but what about all the other blunders and indecisions throughout the last season, Im not saying that Brown is a bad defender, but he was average at best and after being out for so long it will take time to get in form
