Someone wipe the butter off his hands.. It will be tough at the san siro but i am hoping we will bang the needed goals.the only worry is Sheva. A good tactical game but not the result utd hoped for.

It's amazing how only a few moments in the champions league can change your outcome... fortune just missing.... scholes missing a shot he should have finished... and carroll's idiocy.

Milan absolutely Owned Man U. there passing was amazing and all Man U players could do, was run after the ball like dogs.
Man U had some good chances, but if u look at the whole match Milan were dominating for most of it.
Kaká and Pirlo runned the midfield and it could easily have been 3-0 if Crespo got his strikes rght. Kaká blew some good chances also.
I can't see Man U going through. it will be very hard for them to score on San Siro.

Anyway, what a good game even for a neutral. Both teams played better but damn, Milan were great.
And please, stop looking down at Milan thinking its going to be so easy to beat them at the San Siro. Hopefully by then Sheva will be back and Silvestre is his marker

He could have made it three goals if he wasnt so selfish. I think he was like that since he promised the Milan fans he was going to score againts both Man Utd and Inter.
I hope he improves for the Inter game

Every United fan who thinks it will be easy to play Milan at any stadium should be shot and i dont think any United fan are thinking that we will trash you at San Siro but you also should not think it's over

Roy Keane was good but unfortunately, he had to deal with three playmakers and didnt know which to mark.
I really hope Sheva returns for the second leg but its looking very unlikely.

Milan played brilliant and it's hard to see us getting anything from the San Siro in two weeks' time if they play anything like they did last night, and then there's a certain Shevchenko who might be back...
Yet another stupid mistake by Roy Carrol cost us the game, it's moments like this that will prevent him from ever being a world class keeper, he's just too inconsistent at times. Perhaps it's time for Fergie to give Tim Howard another shot, I'm sure he's anxious to prove himself after being sidelined for so long.

Good win of Milan, they completely controled the game, specially at the midfield... Great game of Pirlo
Seedorf, Kaká and Rui had a nice game too.
I believe Milan has the best midfield in the World, not only the starters, but they also has great options in the bench... It's a pleasure to watch the constant changes of ball between the midfielders... Also players like Kaká, Seedorf Rui and Pirlo has great technic skills wich is even better to watch... As i predicted they won 1-0. A great defense that didn't let Man Utd create to many chances of goal... And then the midfield/attack did the rest...

Milan didnt play better than Man Utd, and great could be a bit of an exaggeration. The match was equal, just Milan got a lucky break, if Man Utd would have been composed in front of goal (Fortune
) they would of won. None the less, well done Milan, we just have to try and make up for it in Italy which will be hard, but not impossible. I wouldn't be ashamed of Man utd being knocked out to Milan though, dissapointed but not ashamed. Van nistelrooy will be at full fitness for second leg too, as will Sheva, what a game it is going to be
