If there was anyone else in goal for Blackburn, then Blackburn would've conceded more goals than they should've. yeah it was a blatant handball from Saha, but we were denied a penalty from a handball awhile before injury-time, so that makes up for it and just goes to show what a crap referee Wiley is.

For sure that is the best Brad Friedal performance I can ever remember, miles better than Van Der Sar's stunning performance against Arsenal last season. I'm not to worried about a draw, every team in the league enivitably pick up draws. I watched the game on a stream, so no highlights until Football First or Match of the Day tonight I'm afraid, unless someone else can do them.

i can recollect the game of blackburn v arsenal 2 seasons ago where Blackburn beat Arsenal 2-1.

That was a great performance, by again not so experienced side. The only problem is that Howard needs to clear some of this runs out. He almost costed us 2 goals in the opening minutes. Needs to communicate a little better, everything else is fine. We got a draw on a last minute from a handball, but we deserved to win. United had twice more shots on goal and Brad made 15 saves. That just shows that United were unlucky in a whole game, except the last minute. The ref wasn't too good either. :rolleyes:

True, Ronaldo put in a few nice crosses that Ruud would've loved to get on the end of. Giggs is beggining to piss me off lately, everytime his shirt gets tugged he starts moaning to the referee, and if the referee isn't going to give anything, then he should keep chasing the ball, but he doesn't.

Still, that doesnt make the other guys a bunch of newbies. United had a lot of experienced players (not in terms of age, but with a lot of EPL games played), so this one isnt a excuse.

Man Utd lacked Forlan today.(H)

Friedel had an outstanding game, but i think United deserved a point even though it was somewhat lucky how they got it.
