Master League Bug/?help

I created a new player nad i registered to a team.When i was playing Master League i realised that if i dont go in "lockers room" and "set formation" the player age and stats were the same when he started Master League.If i go into "set formation"his age and improoved stats are displayed normaly.What this.Is this abug in my version or has noticed anyone else that problem???
