The act of plagerism is wrong if it can be proven unequivocally, without doubt.
But as I've previously posted, I've also witnessed over the past 6 months that JJ personally, along with several other individuals of dubious nature, have created an atmosphere where several individuals have been falsely accused of plagerism. It doesn't seem to matter if the individual is guilty or not, and once the individual has been accused, the damage has been done, even if later the facts come out that the individual was not guilty. I believe that a certain civil matter is involved here, being defamation of character.
JJ is the chief contributor to a lynch mob mentality that pervades these forums. It's sad and pathetic. He has contributed much to the FIFA2003 community with his kitmaking abilities but the harm he does far outweighs any good. These childish, and sometimes false, accusations of plagerism do nothing to better the atmosphere of FIFA2003 forums.

Don't you people understand that accusing someone of plagerism, without a concensus of guilt, is wrong and harmful, and could be addressed as a civil matter (defamation of character).
I've seen numerous times where individuals have been accused of this offense, only later to discover that the individual was not guilty.
It's wrong and it harms the spirit of the soccergaming community.
