You've got the colouring and the Adidas stripes on the sleeves all worked out pretty well, but there are many other flaws:

1) Logos on the front must ALWAYS be compressed before use, otherwise they will look horribly stretched in-game. You need to reduce the height of the logo to about half the original height so that it looks proper in-game. NOTE: This is ONLY for the fronts, not for the socks/shorts
2) On the Left side of the Shorts (i.e. the one on the top) logos have to be mirrored. For doing this in Photoshop, select the layer of the logo, go to Edit --> Transform --> Flip horizontal. If you have PSP, I don't know what to do. This mirroring applies for anything on the left - ie left sleeves, left socks, etc. Therefore, you need to mirror the captain's band also, and the left socks.
3) The position of the Adidas on the socks is wrong. You have placed it in the side of the sock, not the front.
4) You need to use better logos. Use Brands of the world, High Quality Football Logos and Logo Types.
5) Don't order people to request from you. If they want to, they will. If they don't, then just make whatever kits you want to.

Yep. I also think that the white on the shorts seems a little too white, and you've left out the Adidas stripes on the shorts, but apart from all this, it's a good first kit.

good advice there musiq, but this is what i reccomend for the logo streching problem

make the front of the kit 512x512 do all the work on it then when you are done flatten it, resize it then copy and paste it to the finished kit, this way you can leave al the logo's normal size and when you resize it they should be in near perfect proportion and not streched

and also visit the sites that musiq said about, nearly all the logo's you could ever want in one place, of the finest quality

woow... you have really improved matt....

it looks a lot better now... but you still have to remember compress the logos!! Continue working like this and you will be a very good kitmaker i no time!

Copy them onto a new file, resize them to half their original height, then paste them back on your kit.

Or do it the way Curswine suggested. Copy the front onto a new file, resize it to 512 X 512 pixels. Then make the front as you would. After doing your work, resize it back to the original size and paste it back on the main kit.

For the logos, you can always resize `em using Free Transform in Photoshop ( Ctrl+T ). And you should also adjusting the brightness and contrast, cos` your white kits are just way too white and bright. I like usin` two layers of textures, one is set into screen and the other on is set into multiply transparency. And then I set the one that uses the screen transparency at about 75%-80% of opacity and then adjusting the brightness and contrast. Here to show you a bit how it`s done, see the difference :
