thanx guys..i will post the link once i get my broadband connection...the lazy indian office fellows take a lot of time to come n fix it...i made using that face design master...most textures from other players in 09 itself...and shapes morphed using FDM...i'v made around hundred faces like this...cos i can't play my manager mode without correct (atleast similar) faces...
