I agreed with you...Until I you wrote the part about them not being really being under rated...

Teams like Tahiti and Vanuatu are definitely under rated...They're nowhere near World Class...but after posts from guys like Neutral FC, they're definitely under rated...They only JUST lost to NZ, and Tahiti were beating an Aus local team (about the same good as NZ), 1-0 at Half Time...


Apart from that, Id say Australia of course...But Wales are also under rated...

As for Turkey...I dont think they are...People DO rate them...They had a good world cup, but people give them credit for that.
