Mentality question

I know how to use tactics in a game but i don,t know how to use mentality. offensive (attacking) or defensive or balanced. Where it is/where can I find this option

If ur using the keyboard it is the number 5 on the numpad, if ur using a controller it is whatever button is coded for button 9.

I have the same question...

how can you change to a defensive strategy when you have the lead.

I have PS2, and I checked, and its not the left stick (that controls the offense and defense, but not the overall strategy)

On PS2 the metality button is the select button, u'll see a little red arrow pointing up for attacking and a green arrow pointing down if you cycle through to defensive.
