Menu problem

The menus have about 5 seconds delay before they load... but ingame it works fine. What can be the problem? My config:
AMD Athlon X2 Dual Core 4200+
2,21 Ghz, 3 Go of Ram, 200Go HDD
ATI Radeon X 1950 pro 512MO, DirectX 9.0c
Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 2)
Please help me

well it has happened to my pc too.. always.. usually after i have imported kits or faces etc into fifa07 but after i ran Fifamania Regenerator 07 from FIFAMANIA.IT the game back to its normal condition. also try to defragment the partition that you've installed the game.
