I actually didn't make it, I got it from some ip location finder web site

It is like if you have a Russian Ip address and you type it in it tells you where in Russia you are located and shows a flag of the country, I really liked the Russian flag so I put it on the sig.

yeah I agree Guti kinda doesn't match but thats what the guy requested

I was playing around with the design and made this real fast, I f*cked up on the orange and red colors but I am too lazy to fix it
