Milan wants Davids for next season.

He will be free on June and Milan has already offered him a huge contract.

Davids has already comunicated this offer to Barça's board. He asks for €3,8 m and a 4 years contract. Barcelona is not going to pay that much. There's a restrictive salaries policy and this would break it.

davids returning to Milan? What do you think? He had some problems when playing there but It seems that's solved

Yeh i heard he was going Milan a few weeks ago and Barca are trying really hard to get him to stay. I hope he stays at Barca not because they are my second favorite team, but because Spain is a new challenge for him and going to Milan would be just putting a knife in the back of Juve supporters. I agree with JTNY if he does go Milan they will be very hard to beat (if they arent enough already).

This is exactly true

I would rather have Gattuso, Seedorf, Pirlo or Kaká playng instead of Davids so I wouldn't want to make this deal if i was a milanista

In my opinion Davids is as good as Gattuso and Seedorf together, with him taking charge of the midfield operations Milan will be unstopable!

but Milan's midfield is working so well now..

I wont like to see it suddenly become disturbed by the presence of Davids

I think that in the DMC department, we're well served. Pirlo and Gattuso already do the work for us, i dont think we need him.

What we really need is another killer, like Sheva... i like pippo but is not that consistent, JDT is great backup, but since our president like two strikers formation, milan should be looking for a striker.

He will have to choose between the money and Barcelona. He is very happy now and he wants to continue in Barcelona but perhaps he prefers a big contract to end his career. If Barça offer the same he will continue sure, but I've read is too much money, more than Ronaldinho's wage. :confused:
