yes man, all you need is photoshop,

step 1 - take a pic, use selection tools like pen tool, or magnetic lasso tool to select the face till the neck exclude the jersey or shoulders
step 2 - then after selecting the head, select inverse and delete it, you should get just the head without any back ground.
step 3 - now that u have only the head just save the image as .png
