Hey, does anyone know what the minimum requirements of pes3 are going to be? What abot the demo? Some of you have it. Cause I don't think my PIII 733Mhz is gonna make it!

konnami never announces PES3's minium,so I don't think a 400MHZ CPU can run PES3...
but i hope such a cpu can run this wonderful game.

Don't show off!
I've only got a meagre
Athlon XP 2600+
512MB RAM
Geforce 4MX 440 128MB

Still, should be good enough shouldn't it?

Seriously, I would say that 400Mhz is probably not enough for PS2 quality graphics - but it might be playable. A lot depends on your graphics card as well. If you have a comparitively crappy one like mine it might prove difficult to play the game properly, especially with a slower processor also.

GTA3 worked without a glitch on 1280x1024 with full detail and everything on my computer. Mind you, as soon as I went to the Nvidia drivers and tried using AA and so on it slowed it right down.

Splinter Cell also worked perfectly, so I expect PES3 would work fine.

It doesn't only depend on your specs. For a big part it depends on the quality of the coding of the game engine. For example, last years fifa installment ran as smooth as sanding paper on any system.

I used to have a Duron 800 processor, 256 sdram and a Radeon 7200 64 mb DDR vidcard and it thge lag made it almost unplayable on any quality setting.

Now I have a P4-2667, 1gig DDR ram and a Radeon9700 and fifa2003 still doesn't run smooth. Still, the PS2 version has no framerate problems.

Conclusion: whatever kickass computer you own, wait for the PC version of the game before drawing conclusions.

i did see a pic of the cover, though, and it said "pc cd-rom". on the top left. can't remember where though.

im thinking anything short of a geforce2 will fail to run this game well.

Just Buy a DVD Drive(OEM) and stick it in your computer. They're only about £20/€30 nowdays. Considering you can get PES3 for £18, it doesn't cost more than buying the PS2 Version on its own.
