Miscellaneous missing Options

All right, I've created my first custom team, with my first custom Kit, I installed it in the game and looks great, but in CC in the Team's Miscellaneous Options screen I can not see the flares and all the options listed in the right column, is there something that I'm missing?
Second question: In the game when I'm selecting the local and visitor uniforms before a match, it is displaying this ugly generic uniform for my custom team, Where or How can this be modify?

what is the difference between the flares IDs? I really dont care so I never tried with different ones but I'd like to know the difference :)
