Missing Logos

Does anyone know which logos are missing from the game?

I downloaded a patch that adds all the missing logos but they are not that well done (They are missing the shadow behind them).

Can anyone tell me the names of the teams with missing logos so I can create some better ones for myself?

Look at the swedish league there are lots of wrong logos (e.g. Djurgardens and AIK Solna).

Could you explain how to make these shadows for the guilogos in FIFA?
I'm working on logos with Photoshop but I can't find the right effect-filter for this. I already tried all sorts of shadow effects but all of them create shadows in the wrong direction.
