Missing textures problem

Hey

I've having a problem with creation centre, when i load everything into a team, kits, mini kits, logos & banner, none of these appear in the menus, but they appear when when i am playing.

Is this problem related to the graphics cards and if so, why do these appear in the game and not in the menu?

also another problem i have is in the game the names and numbers that are supposed to be on the players shirts are sometimes connected to the ball, anyone else have this problem?
