Missing the Target

I recently got PES 2009 and I realized that way too many shots miss the target (by a very small margin) unless I aim at the middle.. Is anybody else facing this problem or I just simply suck at this game?

This is PES.

Even if you aim for the bottom left hand corner it will still sometimes go for the top right corner.

PES shooting is buggy.
I have scored many goals when the computer places the ball in the apposite corner.

Konami seems to be giving us less control of shooting than before. Eventually you won't have to press the shoot button the CPU will shoot for you.

A bit off topic, but I just watched a video compilation of PES 5 goals and realized how downhill this game has gone :(
