I'm trying to get it done, but ugh... adding height variables is a pain... Might be a little later than expected, but should be worth the wait.

haha well it's always worth to wait for your product.
I actually have no idea how the height value features in the game but I feel EA left too much room again for mod patchers to work on.
It's good for us users to see how different mod works out but I bet it is a huge pain for you..

Thanks. I'm just making sure a dribbling/speedster type isn't assigned to a 6 foot 3 striker or a target man type assigned to Messi. :) Should be done today or tomorrow. Sorry for the bad eta, but I've been striving to get the correct feel, much like the default db I injected in the first post.

Got a respectable release. Which means... A sure release tomorrow. A lot of work has been put into making this conversion, so hopefully you'll enjoy it as much as I am right now. Of course, it's not the best yet, but we're getting there :). The highlights of this release are

tight marking;
pressure;
less space;
essential playmakers;
lower AI pass percentage;
variability;
slower build up;
less longshots from strikers (40 yards out)


@fifamonkey, if you want, I'll add a version later with lower aggression/marking. (Takes a second to change the marking column :) ) My preference is very tight D.


Plans:

• Alternate mw 0.6 bases for various tastes.
• Default DB injected.
• Exclusive FIFA Infinity version.
• My own edited gameplayattribdb files

with no time to edit ai myself i have two questions for you since i know i can send you my db and have you edit it.

1. have you increased fouls ?
2. have you increased cpu skill moves ?

1. Yes, but not as much as in FIFA 13. I haven't gotten more then 7 fouls in 8 min halves... I'll be changing this later.
2. Not really, I saw one failed rainbow and a few stepovers, but otherwise, not much. If you know how, please write me a PM.

Well I like the idea of some more tackles and I also like good marking (my slider is always 100) so its not something that I would have a special request for unless it has some other knock on effect. Although If you want to PM me the alternative to compare it if you want too.

Im still at the moment using your default DB version & cl.ini with gamplayzer attrib (minus the gameplaydb due to crossing issues etc) and the tackling for defence and general turn over of play is wonderful (100 marking line heigh 0) .. so anything like that it fine by me. More sliding tackle attempts, allot more tilting into player to get the ball back I have seen so far, also AI having better reaction to stepping out to get ball on a short pass and knick it back ... and of course thoughtful passing, as in ... get the ball, hold on to it, wait, work it a little .. pass it .... rather than the ping-pong-arama of vanilla.

Barca and lower teams getting matches 20 min halves full difficulty of around 2-2 1-0 0-0 2-0 instead of stupid fast winning and high results.

As much as I get a little annoyed at the no card from ref games all the time, I cant help but think there is one silver lining and that's tackling and jostling in the box and not causing stupid penalties like it was in 13. I am using strict/strict refs on games but its still getting blood out of a stone for cards on AI .. whereas I as a play all or pro can get carded far simpler.
 
Thanks, Fifamonkey. I'll probably release this today with my own customized gameplayattribdb files. :) From my tests last night, playmakers show outstanding vision. When you play with Arsenal, you'll see intricate one twos between Wilshere, Arteta, Ozil, and Ramsey.
