Hi Guys,
Played Career Mode with HG2.0 + AI 2.2 + MW DB 1.01
World Class level 7mins per half.
Playing as Leeds 1st game versus Standard Liege drew 1 : 1 good game stats really good & 2 fouls for CPU.
Noticed that the passing bug is only on the short ground passes not long passes or chips etc.....
if we could sort out the short pass bug game is pretty good.
Oh I was using Zjac sliders and the pass error is 49 for Humans maybe we could lower this?
to help with the bug?

I try to pass to a runner, and end up passing it ALL the way back. Its a subtle glitch. I tried switching away from assisted passing, to manual but the issue remains just not as prevalent.

In the meantime, here are a few tricks i've found help me some:
- RIGHT before you pass, press the protect button, for some reason passes are a bit better that way and you also protect the ball more likely drawing a foul
- Don't do long clicks when passing, keep them quick and tight. If you use assisted, aim for where you want to send the pass. Yes, Barcelona type passing is almost impossible but its a start.

Hi Guys,
Just some quick comments on Gameplay.
As posted earlier have really enjoyed the gameplay it is great,
HG2.0 + AI 2.2 + ModdinGWAY 1.01. Zjac Sliders
played 10 Games in Career Mode with Leeds Utd on World Class level.
Defending...... is great you can actually time your tackles and best of all you can if timed correctly slide tackle the CPU without him jumping out of the way with the ball as if he knew you were going to slide.
Also seen a lot of loose ball challenging and 50/50 slide tackles.
Attacking....... Headers in the box seem to be at a minimum which is better, there is the odd one but I put it down to a good cross.
Goalkeeper..... seems to have lost the ability to throw the ball long distances and sometimes you hold down the pass button for a long period and he rolls it out short to the marked defender.Changing to Manual passing has regained his ability to throw the ball out
Skills..... if you do some tricks you can beat the CPU and go on a run also if timed correctly a change of direction can also beat him.
Cpu...... seen him hit a few long shots and long passes, also seen him cross the ball and miss several headers, play one twos outside the box and use the chip through ball but the variety has been good.
Games........ Lost 3 : 4 at Notts Forest great game, won 2 : 1 at Birmingham and various 1 : 1 draws etc....
Only got 8 points after 7games with the only downside being the PASSING BUG which has given the CPU several scoring chances and goals
Variations on the Sliders....... have tried to lower the pass error to Zero for Humans and the pass bug is still there.
Raised the pass error on CPU to 86 to try and lower the pass completion rate as this stands at 80 - 86% on most games ( not sure what the SkyBet Championship Ave is) but should be lower in some cases.
Anyways moving the sliders does not seem to do anything to help with the bug or passing completion rate therefore Fidels HG seems to override the sliders completely?
Sadly the Passing Bug is just about worn me down so will be looking for an earlier version of HG Gameplay with hopefully a similar gameplay and no bug.
Anyone know what was the last version not to have the bug?
Sorry just to add will try MANUAL PASSING 1st before I do something different as a few posts say this helps,
Also on the PASSING BUG just to help it seems to only happen when passing in field i.e. if you short pass wide to the touch line the ball never goes past your player off the pitch (If you are accurate) all ways if facing in towards the centre of any part of the pitch, another thing is that when it happens there all ways seems to be a team mate or two behind him waiting for the pass??? but when this situation occurs in the centre circle they will also be an opposition player in the way too for an interception.

Changed to MANUAL PASSING and it works fine, you can leave crossing, through balls etc... on Semi or assisted too.

Just recently I read all feedback, I have not answered because busy,
but I release as always soon a little fix for gp issues reported.
Please send me many infos about pass issue.
Remember to cover the ball in order the AI to commit a foul.
EDIT: to everyone have problems/issue with HG 2.0,
you can download and install HG 1.0 and use on both with latest GP EVO DATABASE and AI.
Anyway today come out an important fix for everyone use gp evo db in career mode:

Injuries in Career Mode
Hi guys,
Have played nearly a full season with HG2.0 +AI2.2 +Moddingway1.02
World Class level with Leeds Utd in career mode.
Am using Manual passing now as edited on my last reply having great fun
although languishing around 10th in the table.
Have been moving the sliders in all directions and am nearly certain they are
overridden by Fidels gameplay (Can anyone confirm?)
Injuries
My players have not picked up one injury all season?
Other teams have picked up injuries in the news panel but not on the pitch
against me?
How can we increase this any ideas?

There are codes in Fidels cl.ini affecting the sliders directly, like these:
SPRINT_SPEED_CPUAI = 40
SPRINT_SPEED_USER = 40
TRAP_ERROR_CPUAI = 70
Try delete some codes and see. I can't confirm anything as I'm out of FIFA 14 for some time, but I'll check if sliders are worthless with Fidels cl.ini (in my case rna.ini) when I get back to 14.

Hey Fidel, just a heads up, your passing bug is from the AI (cl.ini)
When using 2.1 (Which is riddled with stupid ai runs, players losing ball behind them etc, or was it 2.0 ?)
it's not there, the bug is only active on your latest 2.2 AI
I hope you'll fix the passing first because IMO it's more important than career values when you can't even properly play the game (fair play to people who manage to play on manual)

If you read my old posts, you can see the news for pass fix.
I suggest to use Emotion Engine enabled, otherwise the game loses vitality,
you imagine peoples/players with a brain without emotions, I personally recommend to use my standard ai, I released the Emotion Engine disabled only for players who like slow game and slow gameplay, and no ai brain reactions/emotion.

Today I want to explain my idea, I use this method/mod for myself:
you know very well what is the Match Day in FIFA, you can play fifa match based on the real match.
Anyway this Match Day feature is only available with original db/squad update, internet connection is also required.
Now comes into modding world:
For example:
Now you want to play the match:
GALATASARAY - JUVENTUS IN UCL MODE DURING CAREER MODE (I do not mean tournament mode).
Now I do a new mod series called: REAL MATCH DAY MOD - Here the specific match/teams info
Example, upcoming mod pack:
REAL MATCH DAY MOD - GALATASARAY - JUVENTUS IN UCL MODE DURING CAREER MODE (FULL GP COMBO MODS ENABLED - SPECIFIC D
On the specific db you can see special editing of teams/players interested by the specific match.
You can download a pack and play the match, bk your db, install my mod pack, start game, restore rosters,
start a new career, follow my tips, select team (in this case Juve or Galat), simulate at point in the calendar, and play the match.
ModdingWay mod is required in order to enable all UCL gfx files.
Did any of you know what I mean to do?
After the match, close fifa, click uninstall/script/specific db, or manually remove specific folder and restore your game, regenerate and you are ok.
Anyway all the info soon with first mod/pack!
