(I'm releasing an update, I've edited individually almost 200 players (and 50 teams tactics) on addon/compared to latest public gp evo db.)
Are you sure that the gp evo db is working? Restored squads from game menù?
I suggest don't decrease globally sprint speed in the gp evo db, in this way you lose the gap between sprinter player compared to slow player.
Remember to check out at player role, this is very important in new gp evo db.
You must only reduce sprint speed as my slider's settings (20) and you are done, in this way persists the gap between player's skills on the db and visible on the gameplay. Beleave me this db is perfect. Latest gp evo database is like everos database (many sg forum's users remember how this was accomplished/edited).
Anyway if you want to perform the globally decrease of many player's skills, is really easy (but I remember that in this way you ruin everything connected to individually players editing according to the real football),
little tutorial for you and beginners db editors:
open the gp evo db players table in excel
click on page down: add Worksheet (or click Shift+F11),
on the new Sheet, in a cell (A1 for example) put this number: 0.80 (you ask about - 20% if I urderstand)
now copy the cell A1 with 0.80 inside (right click on it, and then copy)
back to players sheet, go to sprintspeed column (AM)
left click on AM2 (this cell is selected, dont use left mouse click on the sheet after do this)
scroll down the sheet at end (use the lateral bar, speed up way)
no click shift on keyboard and then press left click on last cell (AM18341), you can see all the column correctly selected (or do as you think best)
now right mouse click on the selection, on context menù click paste special, select All on paste section, and select multiply on operation section (if you followed the steps you have this menu, otherwise you will see another menu not good)
now click ok. For safety delete the new added created sheet1 (it prevent crash or problem with table importing into db with dbm14)
now save table, when excel ask on the format, click yes (to keep this format and bala bla bla).
Import table back to the gp evo db, stat game, restore squads, ok.
I remind you that there are many methods for doing this.
Anyway I suggest to use my gameplay db, edit only your team or made little edits to your favorite player.
About your no fouls, this is really incredible, something does not work well in your game, follow my gameplay tips, you can have at minimum 10 cpuai fouls in a match, and the number of fouls increases against poor teams especially in the penalty area, double yellow, red cards, direct red cards for gks, etc.. How league you play in career mode? How is your favorite team for career mode?
Do you use the new gp evo ai 4.8 update released for gp evo full combo pack 4.6? Do you use the full combo with HG included?
