Because fifa people want to start the new career and fifa15 is coming.

* It is based on a new Player's Stats Matrix Algorithm
Almost all player's stats have been edited in according important criteria:
1) Player's attributes have been edited according to position and role in the pitch
This feature is also connected to specific player's individually stats editing
For example if you sprint by moving the gk, you lose the ball after two meter, because you have ball controll,
pass, sprint in values very low
Buffon have not plus than 10 ball controll and pass, like the real, but have specific high gk's skills.
Noer for example is different, because it have high gk's skills and high pass, ball control, vision skills.
2) All players included on National Teams have higher values according to last WC Brazil Team's ranking
For example you can check out that Germany is the best National Team (win the WC 14),
that includes all 23 Germany's players revamped attributes.
The second best National Team is Argentina (it play the wc final) and has been edited like Germany (not the same).
All of these changes (way to edit) affects all players in the related club teams during the career mode.
3) Large differences between strong and weak players
Anyway player's phisical skills are totally revamped
(not big decreasing but substantial and targeted).
Now on the pitch you will see top players difference.
4) I do not have much time to explain everything I've done in this database, but beleave me,
you can easy check out all features after installing into the game, look at player's stats,
or when you play the first career match.

GP EVO AI UPDATE FOR FULL COMBO GAMEPLAY MOD PACK 4.6.
EDIT: GP EVO TIPS:
- Use the precision and slow dribble (new) without sprint on one on one situations with CPUAI defenders.
- Use appropriate button to cover the ball (new), move slow, cover ball angle vision to CPUAI opponent, wait for CPUAI foul.
- Use tackle button only in serious danger situations, isn't always required (for the Human) to use tackle to catch the ball at CPUAI.
- Don't sprint for all the match, otherwise you consume all player's energy stamina (especially if you use full combo).
- At start of the match (on first half) play the possession, and on second half attacks when the CPU is tired, especially against poor teams/players.
- Use it to your advantage the new body contact/impact engine and connected referee's strictness.
- You must use the full combo and play the game in career mode for max gameplay experience.
- You must use a gamepad (xbox one or 360 gamepad is suggested) to totally enjoy new gameplay tweaks,
expecially to see all new advanced gameplay tweaks on player's movements.
- Setup the game with my game/gamepad/slider's settings.
- Take care at weather conditions during your career mode, now these have a big impact in the gameplay, especially on player's movements.
- You must have FIFA 14 updated to latest official game update, go offline in Origin before you start the game.
- Follow my steps/read my info and tips to correctly install the full combo into your fifa game.
- Use the precision dribble or ball cover button also to stop and move the ball with new magnitude (especially near side lines), now you can controll the ball with big precision (high rated player is required).
- Cover the ball in penalty area if you want a penalty.
- In the pitch if you have the ball, looks at the player who wants to follow / chasing you, learn to cover the ball with the right timing, move.
- If the cpu is on chasing you phase, release sprint speed button, wait for his foul.
- Use players on the appropriate role.
- If you understand this gameplay mod you can have the total control of the game.

How to manual disable gp combo pack for play online matches:
Go to Game folder
rename cl.ini in cl.ini.bk
go to Game\data folder
rename attribdb folder in attribdb.bk
rename attribdbgameplay folder in attribdbgameplay.bk
rename rename db folder in db.bk
rename rename realai folder in realai.bk
Regenerate game files with File Master by Rinaldo.
Play online games. Cameras, NIS, New Celebrations camera, pitch, addons mods are compatible with online game.
Remove the ".bk" to files/folders and regenerate to re-enable gp combo pack.
On alternative you can use the FIFA 14 WC GP Manamement Tool (read related info - download available in my sg forum thread),
you must update/re-arm the GP Tool with new gameplay combo packs, copy combo pack folders you want to update in:
\Origin Games\FIFA 14\DB - AI - Installer
overwrite files, open the tool and manage the gameplay in one click.
Or update the ModdingWay Selector with GP EVO DB 4.0:
rename gp evo database in 12.db and put in \Game\data\db\moddingway (backup the original mdwm db before)
now you can switch/enable gp evo database with ModdingWay Selector.
FOR FULL GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE YOU MUST INSTALL:
HG+DB+AI+MY SLIDERS/GAME SETTINGS+EXTRA MODS.
In the folder MY_SLIDERS_SETTINGS are also stored pics of suggested controller/game settings,
Anyway you can setup game difficulty (for your gameplay taste) from game options.
IMPORTANT TIP TO ENABLE GP EVO DB (also for full gp combo):
Go offline in Origin before you start the game.
Start game, don't delete your actual rosters,
when the game at start ask damaged squads file - skip it (don't delete).
Restore squads at game start and then save a new roster file.
Now load new squads file.
Play friendly mode, or take a tour into teams/players stats and check out first preview
to see if everything works fine.

ModdingWay Mod updated to latest version (Update 3.5.0 - 3.6.0 - 3.6.1) is required
in order to enable the new GP EVO Database 4.0.
Install the full gp combo, start a new career if you want to try a totally new soccer game!
I suggest you to use old default calendar (2013 start) in order to avoid crash during the career.
We should start from 2014 updated calendar and get crash on in later career years?
Or start from 2013 and play a stable career? Make your choice.

Other IMPORTANT TIPS:
When come out a new Moddingway Update you can install the whole update without the mdwm database included (db folder).
Don't overwrite the db, otherwise you lose the gameplay database (GP EVO D
.
If you select broadcast settings with MDWM Selector you overwrite the GP EVO AI (cl.ini),
Ariel Selector unfortunately uses the same file (cl.ini)
add manually the strings for force broadcast into gp evo cl.ini on top beginning, save file,
now you have the gp evo AI + mdwm broadcast settings.

- Use appropriate button to cover the ball (new), move slow, cover ball angle vision to CPUAI opponent, wait for CPUAI foul.
- Use tackle button only in serious danger situations, isn't always required (for the Human) to use tackle to catch the ball at CPUAI.
- Don't sprint for all the match, otherwise you consume all player's energy stamina (especially if you use full combo).
- At start of the match (on first half) play the possession, and on second half attacks when the CPU is tired, especially against poor teams/players.
- Use it to your advantage the new body contact/impact engine and connected referee's strictness.
- You must use the full combo and play the game in career mode for max gameplay experience.
- You must use a gamepad (xbox one or 360 gamepad is suggested) to totally enjoy new gameplay tweaks,
expecially to see all new advanced gameplay tweaks on player's movements.
- Setup the game with my game/gamepad/slider's settings.
- Take care at weather conditions during your career mode, now these have a big impact in the gameplay, especially on player's movements.
- You must have FIFA 14 updated to latest official game update, go offline in Origin before you start the game.
- Follow my steps/read my info and tips to correctly install the full combo into your fifa game.
- Use the precision dribble or ball cover button also to stop and move the ball with new magnitude (especially near side lines), now you can controll the ball with big precision (high rated player is required).
- Cover the ball in penalty area if you want a penalty.
- In the pitch if you have the ball, looks at the player who wants to follow / chasing you, learn to cover the ball with the right timing, move.
- If the cpu is on chasing you phase, release sprint speed button, wait for his foul.
- Use players on the appropriate role.
- If you understand this gameplay mod you can have the total control of the game.

rename cl.ini in cl.ini.bk

rename rename realai folder in realai.bk
Regenerate game files with File Master by Rinaldo.
Play online games. Cameras, NIS, New Celebrations camera, pitch, addons mods are compatible with online game.
Remove the ".bk" to files/folders and regenerate to re-enable gp combo pack.
On alternative you can use the FIFA 14 WC GP Manamement Tool (read related info - download available in my sg forum thread),
you must update/re-arm the GP Tool with new gameplay combo packs, copy combo pack folders you want to update in:
\Origin Games\FIFA 14\DB - AI - Installer
overwrite files, open the tool and manage the gameplay in one click.
Or update the ModdingWay Selector with GP EVO DB 4.0:
rename gp evo database in 12.db and put in \Game\data\db\moddingway (backup the original mdwm db before)
now you can switch/enable gp evo database with ModdingWay Selector.
FOR FULL GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE YOU MUST INSTALL:
HG+DB+AI+MY SLIDERS/GAME SETTINGS+EXTRA MODS.
In the folder MY_SLIDERS_SETTINGS are also stored pics of suggested controller/game settings,
Anyway you can setup game difficulty (for your gameplay taste) from game options.
IMPORTANT TIP TO ENABLE GP EVO DB (also for full gp combo):
Go offline in Origin before you start the game.
Start game, don't delete your actual rosters,
when the game at start ask damaged squads file - skip it (don't delete).
Restore squads at game start and then save a new roster file.
Now load new squads file.
Play friendly mode, or take a tour into teams/players stats and check out first preview
to see if everything works fine.

ModdingWay Mod updated to latest version (Update 3.5.0 - 3.6.0 - 3.6.1) is required
in order to enable the new GP EVO Database 4.0.
Install the full gp combo, start a new career if you want to try a totally new soccer game!
I suggest you to use old default calendar (2013 start) in order to avoid crash during the career.
We should start from 2014 updated calendar and get crash on in later career years?
Or start from 2013 and play a stable career? Make your choice.

Almost all player's stats have been edited in according important criteria:
1) Player's attributes have been edited according to position and role in the pitch
This feature is also connected to specific player's individually stats editing
For example if you sprint by moving the gk, you lose the ball after two meter, because you have ball controll,
pass, sprint in values very low
Buffon have not plus than 10 ball controll and pass, like the real, but have specific high gk's skills.
Noer for example is different, because it have high gk's skills and high pass, ball control, vision skills.
2) All players included on National Teams have higher values according to last WC Brazil Team's ranking
For example you can check out that Germany is the best National Team (win the WC 14),
that includes all 23 Germany's players revamped attributes.
The second best National Team is Argentina (it play the wc final) and has been edited like Germany (not the same).
All of these changes (way to edit) affects all players in the related club teams during the career mode.
3) Large differences between strong and weak players
Anyway player's phisical skills are totally revamped
(not big decreasing but substantial and targeted).
Now on the pitch you will see top players difference.
4) I do not have much time to explain everything I've done in this database, but beleave me,
you can easy check out all features after installing into the game, look at player's stats,
or when you play the first career match.

Diego López to Milan (Diego Lopez has been edited with new values in save style, skills, running style)
Agazzi to Sassuolo
Other IMPORTANT TIPS:
When come out a new Moddingway Update you can install the whole update without the mdwm database included (db folder).
Don't overwrite the db, otherwise you lose the gameplay database (GP EVO D
.If you select broadcast settings with MDWM Selector you overwrite the GP EVO AI (cl.ini),
Ariel Selector unfortunately uses the same file (cl.ini)
add manually the strings for force broadcast into gp evo cl.ini on top beginning, save file,
now you have the gp evo AI + mdwm broadcast settings.

I played a game, and let me clarify some of my confusion. neur bayern's goal keeper is running 97 overall. Goatze ball control, crossing and dribbing is at 99 across the board. Overall running at 85. Robben at 93 overall. Is this right? if so i am quite disappointed that Marco Reus, what is almost named Germany's best player is running an overall of 81.

Yes it's supposed to be like that. Wouldn't look at overalls like that, especially on edited database from Fidel. I did explain why it looks like that. It's EA faulty system not taking real stats into account.
Goetze 99 attribute stat on ball control actually relates to 99% chance of him controlling the ball well, under ANY circumstance he is in. If a player has got 85 tackling, it will mean 85% for the chance of successful tackle.

If you're still having issues, i'd do this. Delete the game and reinstall it. Apply the Moddingway updates. Starting with 3.0 going through till 3.6.1 (http://www.moddingway.com/forums/thread-22680.html). I'd advise to run the moddingingway installer after each install. And THEN apply fidel's mod.

DATABASE IDEA + CM14 EDIT - AVOID CRASH TIP
Another idea in my mind to make other changes/specific edits to player's skills according to the real (also for teams):
For example you are a big fan of one specific team (Atletico Madrid for example),
now I assume that you've watched all the matches in previos season, 2014 summer friendly matches,
For this reason, you know very well Atletico team's tactics and all Atletico player's skills on the real picth.
We may collect player's information to release a database more accurate.
You can also do this alone with CM14.
Remember to fix the bug in CM14, it when save the db, add files in dlc folder (career structure files),
how to do this, and prevent career crashes due to dlc files overwrite?
Before open the game with CM14 (to be precise before you save edits)
1) go in \FIFA 14\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data
one time, backup only "data" folder, copy and paste a copy in Win 7/8
edit the game with CM14, save and close CM14(in any case remember after CM14 edits, to regenerate game files with FM14 if you add gfx files)
Now go to \FIFA 14\Game\dlc\dlc_FootballCompEng\dlc\FootballCompEng\data
delete ini files and comdata folder.
Restore previous backup of data folder. Regenerate game files with FM14.
If you already have overwrited these files/folders (point 1), delete data folder, open the ModdingWay Selector,
re-apply career or tounament structure (I assume that now is a time to play a career).
Regenerate files with FM14. OK!
Start your perfect game.

Contrasti = Tackles in eng language (26 for CPUAI and many more of these big fouls):
Mastour made a superb assist to Balotelli and it made a superb goal in the 5 minute,
after this event Milan close all the space and apply defending tactic (big fouls in all picth zoone when I attack),
only long shots from distance and one solo Balotelli action (another awesome Mastour lob effect assist but fortunately Buffon save me).
I've also a lot of player tired, and and I had to change/switch a lot of players like Tevez and Llorente.
