Moddingway and Existing Careers

Hey
im about to install moddingway and i want to keep my career intact.
Guess ill backup the db with moddingway, but im not sure which db i should use.
is it default oder default improved? im using a customised db.

also what is the chance of me loosing my db? :D

shit seems like the moddingway installation completely wrecked my fifa hehe.
i know where the saves are, but how do i back up my db? is it even possible to backup db and saves and play them on a clean instal?

Hey Necrophant!

Hilarious pic lol. Your moddingway DB should be under Programfiles/Origin Games/Fifa 13/Game/data/db. Once there you'll see a file named fifa_ng_db and it should outside the middingway folder. That's the file you want to back up. I would also back up fifa_ng_db.db.bak file and fifa_ng_db-meta file if they are also present but don't worry if you don't see them. I normally back up the entire loc folder under Game/data too if I have done a lot of modding. When I screw something up I just reload the loc folder and the db files I backed up and my career mode runs normally again :) Hope this helps, let me know how it works out.
