Modify refs

Is there a way to modify the refs in this game, like the balance of red and yellow cards, the cpu is cheating me like hell with the amount of last man fouls yet if i do a last man foul i always get sent off for a shoulder barge. FFS

refs are very lenient on mine, takes a second yellow or last man hack to get a red on mine, so a trip last man is usuall no card... thats weird
