thanks all!!!! tomorrow tutorial for replacing the generic EA keeper kits with other kits.

@ simo: no, urs also seem to be nice, don't be so several onto your efforts please!

New Zealand kitpack: (i know that as a lot nat gk kits will change, but it is better to have them than playing with the awful EA"s generic kits.

The software you need:

- DB Master
- Big GUI
- FSH Ed(with graphic importer plugin)
- FAT BH Builder
- Teams IDs
- Any FSH File

1) Search for your teams id and rename fsh file, if your team id is 500, then you need to rename like this: t75__2_0_500.fsh

2) Open FSH Ed and open the fsh file (t75__2_0_500.fsh). Click Tools-Graphic Importer, then Open and make sure that you selected 'Portable Network Graphics' for File type. Select the .png file of the kit and click Update. If you see your new gk kit in the prewiew, then you just need to click Save, and close the fsh file.

3) Then you go your .fsh ready. Now, you should import it. Open the Big GUI. Open zdata as shown:

ZDATA_07.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 0 TO 66
ZDATA_08.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 67 TO 203
ZDATA_09.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 209 TO 330
ZDATA_10.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 346 TO 487
ZDATA_11.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 492 TO 688
ZDATA_12.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 689 TO 874
ZDATA_13.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 894 TO 1786
ZDATA_14.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 1787 TO 1957
ZDATA_15.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 1958 TO 9372
ZDATA_16.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 9373 TO 9872
ZDATA_17.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 9383 TO 111045
ZDATA_18.BIG ---- KITS FROM code 111048 TO 111812

3.1) Example i opened the zdata_11.big. Then you only need to click Edit-Import, now select the .FSH file you made few minutes ago and click Open. Wait few seconds when import. Thats all close the big gui.

4) Open the DB Master and select the FIFA.DB. Now, go to the TEAMKITS menu. Over there are all the kits each team have assigned in this FIFA. In the first column, called TEAMID are ordered the teams with their code-number. Right now, search where is located code number in this table. Remembering, is 500. If you find it, click over at the left of the codenumber to select the whole row. Then press F4 to copy. Inmediately press F5 to paste.

5) Go to the bottom of the table and you will see there's the same row with the same data as home kit. Now, replace in the KITTYPE, "0" to "2". If you want to change:

- Collar = COLLARGEOMETRY
- Name placement= NAMEPLACEMENT
- Name color= NAMECOLOR
- Jersey Font Number= JERSEYCOLORID

5.1) Thats all save the database and close it.

6) Rebuild your FIFA.FAT AND BH with FAT BH Builder.

Myx wrote an excellent tutorial but for specified use. I really need it!

HERE IS the absolute guide to replace the 19 generic gk kits of the games with the kits u like! enjoy!!!

1.you have to download MonkeyDragon latest series. link is here. http://monkey.fifapoland.net/
2.you istall the program and exit.
3. you follow this way: program files>EA Sports>FIFA 08>08SE (it is the main MonkeyDragons folder)>08 KD.
4. in 08KD you will find a .ini file named "1.ini".
5.you open it. it contains the EA teams and their ID's.
6. you go to find Daego FC. you go at the end of the line an press "enter".
7. you add these lines:
Daegu FC,2056
gk1,5000
gk2,5001
gk3,5002
gk4,5003
gk5,5004
gk6,5005
gk7,5006
gk8,5007
gk9,5008
gk10,5009
gk11,5010
gk12,5011
gk13,5012
gk14,5013
gk15,5014
gk16,5015
gk17,5016
gk18,5017
gk19,5018

as u notice there r 19 generic gk kits to replace. now they have been in your importing list with their ID!

btw mogolos, i'd like to say you're making a very very great job at all points of the game...;)

but a question with generic GK: can we assign a generic goalie to particular teams ??

dunno if you understand but with an example it'll be clearer: it's not great to see a Nike GK team (ex. Montpellier) wear a Adidas kit...:S

so if we can do that, it'd be great...otherwise never mind...

yes you're right, but altough I'm french, I'm a bit happy because Italy qualified France for Euro 2008...but Panucci's goal is...scandalous because there isn't any foul...well, thanks to Spanish referees: the Ukraine-Frane will be the most boring game of the year...:sleep:

Can't believe they lost to Italy. Somehow Italy (and Italian teams for that matter) keep winning on the most controversial and bizzare calls.

But wait, didn't they have some teams relegated and fined for bribing the refs? Hummmm...

yes, they did. And one of those teams was those AC Milan that later won the Champions League, but they didn't deserve to take part. I stop here, because it's too far OT, and the most ridiculous thing I had to see is Italians teasing Scotland fans on "The Scotsman" blog saying the ref was against them and asking to respect football rules (it seems that Scotland's goal was offside). HUH!!
