Morale & Player Traits

In Euro 2004's official website they said that there were certain player traits symbolized by a flag and that they could be turned off and on depending on the morale of the player? Are those the icons that sometimes appear next to the name of a player when in the match. If so how do you turn them on and off.
And how much does morale really affect your performance?

im pretty sure the flags are the little triangles on the player name bar and the on/off function is turned off/on depending on their morale. eg. 50 morale the player wont have their ronaldo like foot skills up to scratch but at 100 morale, they are dribbling 4 players, the keeper then puttin a hole in the bak of the net

yeah i fuigured that..... I really started to notice it when totti started sucking when his morale was low.

What happened to fatigue though? Did ea scrap it? I think to have a good management system you have to have a mix between the morale and fatigue systems. Except you shouldn't get fatigued as much.

This is a great game!
