Soccer: Chelsea Coach Pledges Help To Angolan National Team
Luanda, 07/20 - Chelsea`s coach, Portuguese José Mourinho, said he is ready to contribute with his experience to Angola`s campaign to the Africa Cup of Nations (CAN) and World Cup-2006, says the State-run daily paper "Jornal de Angola" in its today`s edition.
Mourinho said he believes Angola can qualify for the World Cup in Germany as it has already overcome the most difficult part, that was to obtain points in the past two games with Nigeria, seen as the group`s favourite.
He assures that he is ready to make his contribution, should the Angolan Football Federation and the national coach, Oliveira Gonçalves, show their interest.
The Portuguese coach praised the Angolan squad`s excellent World Cup and CAN campaign, but warned that Nigeria will certainly do everything to qualify for the World Cup.
On the other hand, he expressed his wish to travel to Angola in order to offer his book to the Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos.

Angola are top on game records (drew with and beat Nigeria). We (Nigeria) are basically screwed unless Angola drop points and we don't.
