Not trying to be a pedantic ****. But isn't it like five or six already? Might be wrong though.

I do respect other leagues. Serie A is a one team league. Serie A has fallen a lot over the years. In our generation we have seen a very strong Serie A in the early to mid 2000s where there would always be 3-4 teams competing for the league. Now Juventus is far ahead from the rest. The competitiveness in this league has fallen.

So you're comparing Man U to Juventus. The team that finished 7th, 4th and 5th in the league in the last 3 seasons to the team that has won 4 back to back Serie A titles. Shows a lot about the superiority of the EPL.
It'll come up pretty soon imo. Napoli are pretty close to Juve in terms of squad strength. Inter seem to have more investment and are buying/selling well. Milan need that takeover to be completed and overhaul the team in terms of senior players.

Napoli are a decent team indeed, but Milik getting such an unfortunate injury really hurts them. He started out pretty well for them and hopefully when he returns he'll be at the same level. He really looked rubbish during the Euros though. Couldn't hit the target to save his life.

The thing with Napoli is that they don't really have a decent backup striker of his calibre.

Well... I gotta admit that I haven't seen that much of Gabbiadini, but he isn't exactly out and out striker (#9), which is essential to Napoli's playing style. That much I know but I'm in no position to say any more about the guy. As much as I've seen him play, he looks talented that's for sure.

Milik really surprised me. I thought the guy was rubbish and never worth the sum Napoli shelled out for him after seeing him in the Euros more closely. I mean how quickly he settled in and started scoring.

True he is more of a second striker or inside forward sort of player. Agree on the Milik thing. His impact is surprising and I was one of his naysayers too. Still would argue that Serie A cbs and defenders in general are rubbish even compared lower level EPL clubs. The best ones are at Juve and playing for who he plays for.

True that. Although Serie A is a bit more technical than EPL and is pretty much renowned for their tough defences. Looking at some of the teams' defenders might paint another picture though.

Dunno if he was just taking the piss, but Carlito Tevez said something like scoring in the EPL was so easy compared to Serie A where defenders are much more organized or something like that. I believe there have been others who have said the complete opposite. So it's difficult to take a proper stance on this.

But I suppose I agree with you. I believe it was Nady who was bringing out an example how someone like Gervinho flourished in Serie A scoring pretty effectively at the beginning a day or two ago. So that kinda shows something. Or was it you? Anyway the point remains the same.

Inter have also got a pretty decent CB partnership as in Jeison Murillo and Miranda to be honest.

Roma's Manolas is quite good but they haven't quite found a quality player to partner him. There's Rudiger who isn't bad but is out injured at the moment.

Anyway just bringing out the best defences in Serie A as an example besides the ones you mentioned already.

Stupid lineup, stupid mistakes. I am not watching the rest of the game. It's a waste of time.

United are currently losing 4-0 to last season's 10th placed team. Nady, how does this feel like?

Mourinho is finished. I am a better coach.
