The EPL patch incoluds team rosters too?

Well, first you have to import with CM 07 the English Leagues structure update (this patch doesn't include any roster update). After that you simply import the Premier League roster update (updates all the EPL rosters as to August 2008) and the Championship roster update (updates all the Championship rosters as to July 2008).
BTW, I am now working at Serie A roster update.

I imported your english league structure, works fine, only the tournaments are not updated with it, but good job anyhow.

Championship rosters are flawless, premiership I just imported the rosters but there's some manual corrections to do before importing, some players have slight name differences with those already in Fifa, so people installing it check all green names (ones to be created) many are already in, select replace and correct player.

This is happening because EA has put wrong nationalities for some of the players (e.g.: many jamaican players listed as english) and because of nicknames (e.g.: for a player named Andrew they have put Andy and so on).
In the future I will leave the names as they are, but the nationality thing wilol be the same.

This patch updates the following tournaments: FA Premier League, Coca-Cola Championship, Coca-Cola League One and Coca-Cola League 2.
BONUS ON THIS PATCH:
This patch also replaces the following old logos with the new official ones:
Premier League: Aston Villa, Middlesbrough, Portsmouth, West Ham, Wigan
Championship: Barnsley, Cardiff City, QPR

I installed the first update with regards to league structure and the one for the Championship. However every team now plays in a red kit with green writing. How do I rectify this issue? Aside from that the rosters are spot on.

Ouch! That's hard. I don't know why that happend. Maybe it happened because you chose to replace the old teams, but this patch has only rosters!!!
I hope this happens only to the Championship kits, right?
Well, this can be rectified by importing kits. (because there aren't any kits if the "kits" appear to be "missing texture" red-green type in-game).
You can find in my kits thread ("my amateurish kits") many 08-09 Championship kits.
On the future, try not to replace the team when importin a roster patch !

P.S. : My FIFA 07 is down... I can't enter it... ( It gives me that error with "Send/Don't Send"... I rebuilded the fat and bh files, but nothing.... The only way out seems reinstalling, but will I lose everything if I do that?

Support Derby so we're back in Division One now and its good to play with the squads relatively as they were this weekend.

One small bug in the tournaments update, Derby County appears both in Premier League and Championship, manualy replace it in the Championship by Hull City and it's fixed.

3)After that, check any team in Premier League if it has kits. If it has kits, it means that it worked! If it worked, it means you should do that at future "roster update" patches!
