MSG says(the game is out of date) on online mode of PC game

I'm trying o get to the online mode on fifa06 "PC". but when I get in , a message says that my copy of the game is out of date, and i need to update it.

How could I resolve this problem?

By the way, my internet connection is DSL. and I have forwarded the game port on my router.
