My Adboards and Requests

I tried to install adboards but they appear the same ingame, these are the steps i took...

1) Open CM09 and in teams I chose Barcelona
2) Clicked on adboards and changed the id to 33(which is blank)
3) Imported from fsh and clicked save

but when i open my game the adboards are still the original ones, am i doing something wrong?

The adboards only appear on Manager Mode or when you play a League on Tournament Mode. Otherwise, the adboards will be the original ones.
