My personal wishlist

1. For players who don't get their own faces, to actually have physical features like the real players. (For example, Viana looked more like an American MLS player with short hair, then a Portuguese player with long hair)
2. Better leagues, above all Argentine, Dutch, and Portuguese Leagues.
3. I'd like to see the return of the training feature which was last implemented in FIFA 2000 (Not quite sure, but I know it was that one or 1999).
4. Less things that make you wonder. (Ex: In replays for 2003 fans would have flags WAVING, but during gameplay not one flag was waving)
5. Another thing I'd like to see would be an enhancement on the transfers. This is something which made 2003, TOO easy to conquer in season mode. I remember having a team/subs/reserves, all with 90 or above because of how easy it is to do transfers. Also, it would be better for computer teams to be able to pick up players as well.
6. Sub cinematics. This was something I felt lacked in 2003, and made it seem awkward looking at a loading sign during a game.
7. Injury cinematis-It would be great to have paramedics rush to the field and etc. and for smaller bumps and such players could go to the sidelines to get treatment.
8. The return of the condition rating, without this feature in 2003, it made it absolutely useless to think about using subs.
9. Ball selection-though small, it left me pissed looking at the back of the box and seeing Roberto Carlos about to take a freekick with a ball I couldn't have.

For now that's it, until I think up of other things.

Look, the Ukraine league is no where in the top 20 leagues in the world, and FIFA themselves are only going to use 16 leagues, and the chances of Ukraine being one of them are very remote. I'd go around chanting about how the Portuguese league deserves to be in the game but to a point you have to realize it's useless. But so do a lot of other leagues deserve to be in the game, such as the Greek league, and the Mexican league, but they aren't in the game you don't always get what you want. That's life.

#10. Advantage rule-Would REALLY like to see this, I dunno how many times I've felt screwed in FIFA 2003 (ESPECIALLY IN MULTIPLAYER!! ) when someone tackles me and just BARELY out of the box and I could of still gotten a chance in.

MY wishlist

1. the dutch and romanian national teams.
2. a creation and editing feature (like 2002) to change stats and shirt no.s
3. players realistically rated (e.g christian chivu on 2003)
4. substitutions live.
5. (may seem stupid) correct player shirt numbers and correct numbering style. with some players with long names, it comes out too small on the shirt.
6. in each national teams' team management, a section where you can call up all players from that country
7. save replays
8. better custom tournament (the 2003 one was absolute sh*te. in 2002 it was much better, why did they change it?) i want to be able to choose how many teams in a group, how many legs etc...
9. a few more leagues e.g. nationwide division 1, and club championship scrapped, no point of having made up tournaments unless YOU make them yourselves. what was the deal with club championship anyway?
10. finally, more unlockable teams/stadia/tournaments to make the game last longer for buyers.

referee strictness option

more realistic commentary speech e.g. in a season mode, comment on other matches too, or how a player faired in a previous game.

quicker reflex to passing, shooting... and realistic game play. In 2003 world class mode the opposition was always running backwards before passing forwards, this hardly happens in normal football.

ref missing fouls aswell, on 2003 only about 1 in 35 are missed by ref.

Al of you forgot the most important more teams

Will be wonderful can play "copa Libertadores" in fifa 2004

I forgot and other thing, if the fifa 2002 has more teams why the fifa 2003 has less teams, i am sure they can made a wonder ful fifa with all the teams of the other fifa games, like almoast all the tems around the world, or they can made some thing like the rest of europe and the rest of america because there are very good teams in America like Boca, River, Independiente,San Lorenzo, America, Cruz Azul , UNAM, Morelia, Monterrey, Peñarol, etc.

And another thing can they made beter the air style, cause is almost imposible to score a goal in a corner, and a team that i think was graet for this year was the Besiktas and they dont put in the game , they put teams not so good like israeli teams even Japanese teams are better than Koreans i mean who play Korean league, only Koreans

They only get worry about UCL why they dont worry about Libertadores that cup is fantastic because you see the level of the American Teams vs the european.
