I made my first sig in ages, coz I wanted a sig for Litmanen, as I hadn't seen any here. I know it's not a good 1, but that's ok. Just tell me what are the good things ( if there are such things) and bads (cutting, I know :D) and how to make them better.

The render is too small, I don't like the bg and I hardly observe the upper text.

Try to use some brushes to make the bg. And get some new fonts from www.dafont.com :jap:

And try using Adobe Photoshop, you'll find lots of tutorials, brushes and fonts in the resources thread on the main graphics forum.

I was actually using Photoshot, I'm just not good at it. But I've always wanted to be good at making sigs, so I hope that drives me to learn. Just let me know if you have any useful tips (how cut better etc.). I'm sure they would help.

IMO this sig is better than the first two, but let me know your opinnions. Comments pls. :rolleyes: It took some time, actually pretty much time when thinking how it looks :jambo: . But I'm quite happy about it.

Looks into tutorials on graphical forums and start using brushes
and making combinations with renders :ewan:

I know i should learn everything from cutting to brushing, but I'm just too lazy :D I should be able to make better with Photoshop CS2, but I'm just not using any time making these. I make some simple background on paint, then filter it on Photoshop and then jsut put the render on it... If I have the time and energy, I'll try to read those forums.

Your sigs are too simple. But don't worry I'm still learning and I don't think my sigs are really really good yet. Also your cutting is really bad. You could learn to cut out better or take the shortcut by getting a render. Heres a site with good football renders http://www.psdspy.com/browse/athletes/index.html. You should check out the resources thread too. They have have everything you need.

Tutorials are for loosers, you just have to experiment with PS, try brushes and shapes, and then different blending modes for renders and text.
