IN FM05, you can set up your training schedule's VERY detailed, choosing up to three different exercises per day, choosing wether or not to train on (or before) match day etc.
But in real life, will a manager take so much part in the training schedule, deciding EVERY thing his players train on? Aren't there professional trainers in the top clubs who sets up the schedules?
I know that it's possible to let the assistant manager take care of training alone, but having seen some of the poor programming in FM when it comes to assistant managers, scouts etc., I don't trust that my AM will do such a good job setting up a "dream schedule".
So, where can I download a decent training schedule?
