National Teams Addons for FIFA 2008 (I Accept Requests)

Yesturday i import couple of national teams using CM08, but when i go to FIFA 08 they not appeared under International section.
I dont know what am doing wrong, in CM08 i use patch load, then import team and finally save.
Then when i load some of this patch again in CM08, he show me all teams and players marked red, which means that they are already imported but i cant find them in game.
Maybe i missing something else, becouse the same thing happens when i import Mario's World Cup patch.
All new teams appeared only in predefined WC 2010 tournament mode, but i cant choose him manually in single match mode.
How to resolve this?
