Need Help - Fifa Manager 3d Player faces for Fifa Manager 14

I have some face files from fifa 10 game, with *.o *.fsh *.tga I would like them to use for fifa manager 14. If anyone knows how to use them in fifa manager 14 kindly reply back and please tell me how to do that.
I have been searching all over the internet and did not find any on how to do it.
