I have sucessfully installed Superpatch 3.0 for WE9 PC (North America); however, I'am not able to change the original national team names to Trinidad & Tobago, Ghana, Togo, etc. I was wondering if anybody knows a program that is compatible with WE9 PC that would allow me to make those national team name changes.

It gives me the runtime errors when i open the AFS and exe files and then it crashes. Can you give me a step by step instruction on how you did it? I would greatly appreciate it.

Look at this screenshot, this is how I load it, and it opens ok.
Then I just edit and save.....

I did exactly like in the picture but then it says that I have a runtime error and it also says "abnormal program termination", after that the whole program crashes so i dunno what else to do.

Thanks alot man. It seems that the first WES Editor tool that i downloaded was corrupted. I then downloaded a different one from that link you gave me and now it works. I really appreciated your help

NP....I know it's frustrating that everything is for PES, but I have found that a lot of the patches work for WE9.....unfortunately, through many hours of trial and error and wasted time! And I want some kind of a menu and e_text patch, but mine always crashes, so I am using Konami's ugly menus...but at least in-game everything looks awesome!
