I created a international team and i can play exhibition games with it but when i want to start a manger career such as Liverpool it crashes when its loading.

I had the same problem and I did this: The "international league" in FIFA 13 only accepts 46 teams. If you add one or more teams to this league the manager mode crashes. What I did was to remove one team and then added the one I created. Then, I placed the removed one in the "rest of the world" league (if you don't want to lose it at all). This worked to me and could play the career mode, maybe this could help you. Regards.

I have one more question is it possible to change the limit on Internationale league that would be great...
